My Tummy is Sore!!!

This morning I woke to two very pleasant happy boys Mr 8 and Mr 6.  Dad has taken Mr 4 and Mr 3 to the farm.  Everything was running smoothly… an extra few cuddles before we jumped up to get ready.

Both boys are very independent little men and they both enjoy making their own breakfast.  Hooray for me, I can get the lunch boxes done (insert happy dance).

As it is getting closer to departure time.  I hear, “Mum my tummy is sore.”  Breath!!!  I breath through what could have been a typical response… WHAT NOW?!?!?!? And reply with “come here Mummy will do your magic buttons”

You see I have the tools in my family not to treat a symptom.  I look at the cause.  Mr 6 has had a huge learning experience at school recently about bulling and stepping-in and helping a mate.  He is anxious about going to school as he was reprimanded for trying to help this said mate. (That is a story for another day, we have spoken with the school and alternative approaches are being discussed.)  So to him… he is still uncertain about going back.

So what better way than not to go to school.  My Tummy Is Sore!  I believe him 100%.  His tummy is sore.  The body has the ability to so show you when things are not going right for you.  In his case, a tummy ache.  No!  before you jump up and down.  He didn’t sit there and say I want a sore tummy.   You see what happens is when you are in a “worry” state of mind, your body releases chemicals in the body, worry often and long enough and your body will get “confused” so to speak.  A cross-wiring of the system.   Each time you worry a little or a lot it gets stored the “worry filing cabinet” the body doesn’t distinguish between a little worry or a lot… the chemical is the same so eventually this cabinet will overflow.

What has happened to Mr 6?  Over the weekend he worried about what was going to happen to him when he got back to school.  Although we have repeatedly assured him that all is well and that helping a mate is awesome.  He still had a niggle in the back of his mind.  This worry niggle became so effective that eventual he worried himself into a tummy ache.

In comes the powerful tool of “the magic buttons” AKA Family BEST.  Not to be confused with the “Mummy Kiss” that is a different cure all.  Family BEST  is an actual scientific tool that aids in the settling of the system.  This unique technique is simple yet super effective.  Settles a sore tummy in a matter of minutes, 2 in fact and off to school we go.

I didn’t treat the tummy I settled a body system as a whole.  This gave the body time to process the worry more appropriately.  Mr 6 was back to his old self and happy to go to school.

I will get all technical and explain how Family BEST is so “magic” and I will I promise.  For now, though I am going to do a happy jig that my little man was able to process the moment.   Release the inappropriate tension and go to school relaxed.

Family BEST

Family BEST is a technique of Bio Energetic Synchronisation Technique.  Founded by the late DR M.T. Morter Jnr in the 1970’s.  Bio Energetic Synchronisation Technique is a gentle hands-on healing system used to address stress and promote balance in the body including the nervous, muscular, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems.  When a system moves out of balance it creates a pattern of physical, emotional, and chemical symptoms including illness and disease.

B.E.S.T. works to maximize the healing potential of your body’s natural systemic intelligence.   When your systems are in balance, vibrant energy returns and your body can begin the process of healing itself and returning too ideal, natural health.
